We offer a competitive benefits package to meet the diverse needs of all employees and their family members. Regular full-time administrative and production employees are eligible for most health and welfare benefits effective the first of the month coinciding with or following your date of hire.

Please read below to find out more about our benefits we provide!

Medical Plans

Graebel offers a choice between two United Healthcare medical plans. One plan is a PPO plan where in-network office visits and prescriptions are subject to a co-payment and all other services are subject to a deductible and co-insurance. The second plan is a High Deductible Health Plan where you pay a higher deductible and co-insurance (no co-pays).

Health Savings Account

Employees who participate in the High Deductible Health Plan are eligible to participate in a Health Savings Account. This account permits you to pay your medical, dental, and vision expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Wellness Program

Graebel strongly encourages employees to take an active role in their health. Each year, Graebel employees will have an opportunity to complete steps within the Wellness Program which will enable you to obtain a discount on your health insurance premiums for the following year.

Dental Benefits

The dental coverage is a passive PPO-which means the plan pays the same percentage regardless of whether you use an in or out of network dentist. However, if you see an in-network dentist, you will receive great network discounts.

Vision Benefits

Employees may elect coverage in the VSP Vision Plan. This plan provides for coverage of eye exams as well as lenses/frames or contact lenses.
